Set display properes (font, color, etc.).

Select Alignment.

If you select Align Le or Align Right, set Min. Horizontal Margin and Min. Vercal Margin.

Drag the red frames on the live view image to adjust their posions.

Click Save.
Result
The set OSD will be displayed in live view image and recorded videos.
