1. SAFETY

9 Familiarise yourself with product application and limitations, as well as the specic potential hazards peculiar to this product.
9 Maintain the pump in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
9 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non authorised parts will invalidate the warranty.
9 Use only to pump NON-Corrosive uids such as oil, anti-freeze, degreasants, solvents, agricultural and industrial chemicals, and the like.
9 Ensure safety eye protection and protective clothing are worn when using this product.
9 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the oor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9 Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
8 DO NOT use to extract corrosive uids.
8 DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT use the unit if it has been dropped or mishandled, check the unit to ensure there is no damage.
8 DO NOT use the pump as a handle to move the uid drum.
9 Keep the pump clean and store in a safe dry, childproof location.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of uids thus polluting the environment.
2. INTRODUCTION
Heavy-duty steel barrelled, self-priming, lift pump. Supplied with adjustable 2”BSP
adaptor and dip-tube suitable for 25 to 205ltr drums. Suitable for oils, antifreeze,
degreasants and other non-corrosive uids. Delivers approximately 0.5ltr per full stroke.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Insert the dip tube into uid container, the base of the tube has tabs to avoid
any suction to the bottom of the container.
4.2. Loosen the thumbscrew, releasing the adaptor.
4.3. Screw 2” BSP adaptor into the bung hole on the drum.
4.4. Tighten the thumscrew, securing the adaptor.
4.5. Pump through a full stroke to draw approximately 500ml per stroke.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Ensure all liquid is removed from pump before storage.
5.2. Clean out pump before using with other liquids.
5.3. Store in a safe dry, childproof location.

centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and
requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
