Product Activation

Please note that the mandatory device activation procedure requires an active Internet

connection on your computer. Activating an Antelope Audio device offline is not possible.

Your Zen Go Synergy Core must be activated online to work. This chapter contains the

necessary instructions:

1. CONNECT THE DEVICE TO A COMPUTER

• If you are using Zen Go Synergy Core USB – connect it to a Windows or macOS using the

USB-C cable in addition to the USB-A adapter if necessary (both included in the box)

• If you are using Zen Go Synergy Core Thunderbolt – connect it to a Windows or macOS

computer using a

Thunderbolt™ 3 cable (not included)

Important: Legacy Thunderbolt™ 2 and 1 connections are incompatible due to insufficient

power delivery. The Zen Go Synergy Core TB is compatible

only with Thunderbolt™ 3

2. Open your internet browser and navigate to

https://en.antelopeaudio.com/login/

3. Login to the Antelope Audio user area with your e-mail and password.

If you don't have an account, visit

https://en.antelopeaudio.com/sign-up/ to create one.

4. Click on the 'Activate New Device' button.
