Release drawer one side at a time.
While pushing in to release the middle tab, lift to release the
silver tabs.

4. Slowly pull drawer all the way out.

To Replace:
1. Align silver tabs on the drawer glides with the receiving holes
in the drawer.
2. Push drawer down one side at a time, inserting the silver tabs
into the receiving holes, locking drawer in place.
3. Gently open and close the drawer to ensure it is seated
properly on the slides.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Try the solutions suggested here first in order to avoid the cost of an unnecessary service call.
Nothing will operate
Is the outlet properly wired and polarized?
Check for proper wiring and polarity.
Is the power supply cord unplugged?
Plug into a grounded 3 or 4 wire outlet.
Has a household fuse blown, or has a circuit breaker
tripped?
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the problem
continues, call an electrician.
Cooktop will not operate
Is the control knob set correctly?
Push in knob before turning to a setting.
Left rear surface cooking area will not operate
Can not boil on left rear surface cooking area?
Press the SURESIMMER TM button to OFR Then turn left rear
control knob to HI for a rapid boil. See "SURESIMMER TM''
section.
SURESIMMER TM will not simmer?
Turn left rear control knob on between LO and 4 of the
SURESlMMEF M settings, while pressing the
SURESIMMEF M button on.
SURESIMMER TM surface cooking area does not get hot
enough?
Turn left rear control knob to 4. Then press the
SURESlMMEF M button on. See "SURESIMMER 7M''section.
Excessive heat around cookware on cooktop
Cooktop cooking results not what expected
Is the proper cookware being used?
See "Cookware" section.
Is the control knob set to the proper heat level?
See "Control Knobs" section.
Isthe appliance level?
Level the appliance. See the Installation Instructions.
Oven will not operate
Is the electronic oven control set correctly?
See "Electronic Oven Control" section.
Has a delay start been set?
See "Timed Oven Control" section.
Is the Oven Lockout set?
See "Oven Lockout" section.
Triple Task Oven Drawer will not operate
Is the self-clean cycle on?
The oven drawer will not operate when the self-clean cycle is
on.
Is the Oven Lockout Activated
Unlock the Oven Lockout. See "Oven Lockout" section.
Oven temperature too high or too low
Does the oven temperature calibration need adjustment?
See "Oven Temperature Control" section.
Is the cookware the proper size?
Use cookware about the same size as the surface cooking
area, element or surface burner. Cookware should not extend
more than 1/2"(1.3 cm) outside the cooking area.
