Standard Installation
1. Connect up to four HDMI sources and up to two HDMI
displays to the B118-2X4-4K-A using high-speed HDMI
cables, such as Tripp Lite’s P569-Series (sold separately).
2. Attach a digital receiver or amplifier to either the Toslink
(optical) or digital coaxial port. If you have an analog receiver
or amplifier, connect it using the RCA “R” and “L” ports.
3. Power the unit by plugging in the included international power
supply to the 5V / 1A port. Press the Power button located on
the front panel to turn on the unit. By default, HDMI In 1 is
set to HDMI Out 1 and HDMI In 2 to HDMI Out 2.
4. Switch between all four HDMI input sources on the HDMI
Out 1 (or 2) display by pressing Switch A (or B). The
corresponding In 1, In 2, In 3, In 4 LEDs will illuminate to the
chosen source.
5. The auto extraction will follow the source for HDMI Out 1.
For example, if HDMI Output A shows LED In3 illuminated
and HDMI Output B shows LED In2 illuminated, the audio
extraction will come from HDMI Input source 3 (In3).
6. Instead of pushing the buttons on the front of the unit, the
included remote control can be used to switch between the
HDMI input sources, power the unit off and on and mute the
sound. See following page for individual button functions.

3-Year Limited Warranty
TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial
purchase. TRIPP LITE’s obligation under this warranty is limited to
repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To
obtain service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material
Authorization (RMA) number from TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE
service center. Products must be returned to TRIPP LITE or an authorized
TRIPP LITE service center with transportation charges prepaid and must
be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered
and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty does not apply
to equipment, which has been damaged by accident, negligence or
misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties;
therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the
purchaser.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPP LITE BE LIABLE

Instalación Estándar
1. Conecte hasta cuatro fuentes de HDMI y hasta dos pantallas
HDMI al B118-2X4-4K-A usando cables HDMI de alta
velocidad, como la Serie P569 de Tripp Lite (vendido por
separado).
2. Acople un amplificador o receptor digital al puerto Toslink
(óptico) o digital coaxial. Si tiene un receptor o amplificador
analógicos, conéctelo usando los puertos RCA "R" y "L".
3. Alimente la unidad conectando la fuente de alimentación
internacional incluida al puerto de 5V / 1A. Oprima el botón
de Encendido ubicado en el panel frontal para encender la
unidad. De manera predeterminada, la Entrada 1 HDMI está
configurada para Salida 1 HDMI y la Entrada 2 HDMI para
Salida 2 HDMI.
4. Conmute entre los cuatro fuentes de entrada HDMI a la

Los LEDs de Entrada 1, Entrada 2, Entrada 3, Entrada 4 se

Installation standard
1. Raccorder jusqu'à quatre sources HDMI et jusqu'à deux
écrans HDMI au B118-2X4-4K-A en utilisant les câbles
HDMI haute vitesse, comme les câbles de la série P569 de
Tripp Lite (vendus séparément).
2. Fixer un récepteur ou un amplificateur numérique au port
coaxial Toslink (optique) ou numérique. Si un récepteur ou
un amplificateur analogique est disponible, le raccorder en
utilisant les ports RCA « R » et « L ».
3. Alimenter l'appareil en branchant l'alimentation internationale
incluse au port de 5 V/1 A. Appuyer sur le bouton
d'alimentation qui se trouve sur le panneau avant pour mettre
l'appareil sous tension. Par défaut, HDMI In 1 est configuré à
HDMI Out 1 et HDMI In 2 est configuré à HDMI Out 2.
4. Alterner entre les quatre sources d'entrée HDMI sur l'écran
HDMI Out 1 (ou 2) en appuyant sur le commutateur A (ou
B). Les voyants à DEL In 1, In 2, In 3, In 4 correspondants
s'allument à la source choisie.
5. L'extraction automatique suivra la source pour HDMI Out 1.
Par exemple, si la sortie HDMI A affiche le voyant à DEL In3
allumé et la sortie HDMI B affiche le voyant à DEL In2 allumé,
l'extraction automatique viendra de la source d'entrée HDMI 3
(In3).
6. Plutôt que d'appuyer sur les boutons à l'avant de l'appareil, la
télécommande incluse peut être utilisée pour alterner entre
les sources d'entrée HDMI, pour mettre l'appareil sous tension
et hors tension, et mettre le son en sourdine. Consulter la
page suivante pour les fonctions des boutons individuels.

aux déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques (DEEE),
lorsque des clients achètent de l'équipement électrique et
électronique
neuf de Tripp Lite, ils ont droit :
• D'envoyer l'équipement usagé au recyclage pourvu qu'il soit
remplacé par un équipement équivalent (cela varie selon les pays)
• De retourner le nouvel équipement afin qu'il soit recyclé à la fin de

Установка в базовой комплектации
1. Подключите до четырех источников HDMI-сигнала и до двух HDMI-дисплеев к
устройству B118-2X4-4K-A с использованием высокоскоростных HDMI-кабелей,
например, Tripp Lite серии P569 (продаются отдельно).
2. Подсоедините цифровой приемник или усилитель к оптическому порту Toslink
или цифровому коаксиальному порту. При наличии аналогового приемника или
усилителя подключите его с использованием портов RCA ("R" и "L").
3. Запитайте устройство, подключив его к порту 5V/1A блока питания
международного образца, поставляемого в комплекте. Для включения
устройства нажмите кнопку "Power" (Питание), расположенную на передней
панели. По умолчанию HDMI-вход 1 привязан к HDMI-выходу 1, а HDMI-вход
2 — к HDMI-выходу 2.
4. Переключайтесь между всеми четырьмя источниками входного HDMI-сигнала
на дисплее, подключенном к HDMI-выходу 1 (или 2), нажатием переключателя
A (или B). При этом загораются светодиодные индикаторы In 1, In 2, In 3, In 4,
соответствующие выбранному источнику.
5. Функция выделения аудиосигнала действует в отношении источника,
привязанного к HDMI-выходу 1. Например, если HDMI-выход A отображается
горящим СИДом In3, а HDMI-выход B — горящим СИДом In2, то выделение
аудиосигнала производится с источника входного HDMI-сигнала 3 (In3).
6. Вместо нажатия кнопок на передней панели устройства может использоваться
поставляемый в комплекте блок дистанционного управления, обеспечивающий
возможность переключения между источниками входных HDMI-сигналов,
включения и выключения устройства и отключения звука. Функции конкретных
кнопок представлены на следующей странице.

Ограниченная гарантия сроком 3 года
Компания TRIPPLITE гарантирует отсутствие дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение
3 (трех) лет с момента первоначальной покупки. Обязательства компании TRIPPLITE по
настоящей гарантии ограничиваются ремонтом или заменой (по ее единоличному усмотрению)
любых таких дефектных изделий. Для получения услуг по данной гарантии необходимо
получить номер Returned Material Authorization (RMA — разрешение на возврат материалов)
от компании TRIPPLITE или ее авторизованного сервисного центра. Изделия должны быть
возвращены в компанию TRIPPLITE или авторизованный сервисный центр TRIPPLITE с
предоплатой транспортных расходов и сопровождаться кратким описанием возникшей
проблемы и документом, подтверждающим дату и место его приобретения. Действие
настоящей гарантии не распространяется на оборудование, поврежденное в результате аварии,
небрежного обращения или неправильного использования, а также видоизмененное каким бы

Информация по выполнению требований Директивы WEEE для покупателей

Согласно положениям Директивы об утилизации отходов электрического и
электронного оборудования (WEEE) и исполнительных распоряжений по ее
применению, при покупке потребителями нового электрического или электронного
оборудования производства компании Tripp Lite они получают право на:
• Продажу старого оборудования по принципу “один за один” и/или на эквивалентной
основе (в зависимости от конкретной страны)
• Отправку нового оборудования на переработку после окончательной выработки его
ресурса
Не рекомендуется использование данного оборудования в системах жизнеобеспечения, где
его выход из строя предположительно может привести к перебоям в работе оборудования
