Ingredients:
• 1 Tablespoon Butter
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 4 slices bacon cut in half
• 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
• Dashes Hot Sauce of your choice
• 2 slices sandwich bread
• 3 hard boiled eggs sliced
• Pinch of salt and pepper
• 2 slices of Swiss and Monterey Jack cheese
• More Butter for grilling
Steps:
• Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the onions low and slow for about
20 minutes. Remove them when they’re golden brown.
• Fry the bacon.
• Combine the mayonnaise and the hot sauce.
• Sprinkle the sliced eggs with salt and pepper.
• Spread both sides of bread with the spicy mayo. Build the sandwich
however you wish.
• Spread the top side bread with butter and grill the sandwich until the
bread is golden and crispy.
