Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp unsalted butter
⅓ cup hot sauce
1 tsp honey
garlic powder to taste
Cauliower
4 cups cauliower orets, sliced into ¼ inch pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil

(Temperature: 400ºF Time: 15 minutes)
Toss cauliower with oil. Place cauliower orets into Air Fryer in 2 batches. Fry at 400ºF
for 15 minutes, shaking once or twice throughout the cycle.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat (do not let it bubble).
Add hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder to the butter and whisk to combine.
Toss the cauliower orets with the hot sauce mixture and drain any extra sauce.
Serve immediately.
