WATER HEATERSAFETY
Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may beproduced in a water heater that has not been used for two weeks
or more.Hydrogen gas can be explosiveunder these circumstances.
Ifthe hot water has not been used for two weeks or more, preventthe possibility of damage or injury by
turning on all hot water faucets and allowing them to run for several minutes. Do this before using any electrical
appliance which is connected to the hot water system. Thissimple procedure will allow any built-up hydrogen
gas to escape.Sincethe gas isflammable, do not smoke or usean open flame or appliance during this process.
PROPERINSTALLATION
Thiswasher must be properly installed and located in accordance with the Installation Instructionsbefore it is used.

damage and invalidate the warranty.

n Keepthe area underneath and around your
appliances free of combustible materials such as
lint, paper,rags and chemicals.
n Do not leave the washer door open. An open door
could entice children to hang on the door or crawl
inside the washer.
n Closesupervision is necessary if this appliance is
used by or near children. Do not allow children to
play on, with or inside this or any other appliance.
