#1 How can I order new dustbags for my vacuum cleaner?

Check your instruction manual to see which dustbag you require. Original dustbags can be ordered from Customer Service or in the online accessories store.

#2 How often should be changed vacuum cleaner’s HEPA filter?

We recommend at least once a year for bagged models. Hepa and Bionic filters can be ordered from Customer Service or in the online accessories store. Remember if you use a HEPA filter, the Microfilter which comes with a pack of new dustbags is not required. If you have a bagless model, the HEPA filter should be washed under a tap every three years. It should be allowed to dry thoroughly before it is put back in the machine.
