#2 How often should be changed vacuum cleaner’s HEPA filter?
We recommend at least once a year for bagged models. Hepa and Bionic filters can be ordered from Customer Service or in the online accessories store. Remember if you use a HEPA filter, the Microfilter which comes with a pack of new dustbags is not required. If you have a bagless model, the HEPA filter should be washed under a tap every three years. It should be allowed to dry thoroughly before it is put back in the machine.
