OPERATING YOUR WINE COOLER
It is recommended you install the wine cooler in a place where the ambient temperature is between 5-35ºC. If
the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures. the performance of the unit maybe
affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or warm conditions may cause interior temperatures
to fluctuate. The range of 5-18ºC variance may not be achieved.
Recommended Temperatures for storing wine
Red Wines: 14°C - 18ºC
Dry/White Wines 9°C - 14ºC
Sparkling Wines 5°C - 9ºC
The above temperatures may vary depending on whether the interior LED for lighting is ON or OFF or whether
the bottles are located on the upper / middle or lower section.
POWER
To turn OFF the appliance, press the “ POWER ” switch to the ‘off’ position.
Setting the Temperature Control
You can set the temperature as you desire by pushing the UP or DOWN button. The LED readoutl show the
set temperature.
The temperature that you desire to set will increase 1 ºC if you press the UP button once, on the contrary the
temperature will decrease it if you press the DOWN button once.
You can check the actual temperature by pressing "UP" and "Light" button at the same time for two seconds.
The actual temperature will show on display panel. Then press the "UP" or "DOWN" button will return to set
temperature.
When you store mostly red wines, the recommended temperature should be set between 14°C to 18ºC.
When you store mostly white wines, the recommended temperature be set between 9ºC and 14ºC.
When you store mostly sparkling wines, the recommended temperature should be set between 5ºC and 9ºC.
NOTE:
If the unit is unplugged, power lost, or turned off, you must wait for 3 to 5 minutes before restarting the unit. If
you attempt to restart before this time, the Wine Cooler will not start.
When you use the wine cooler for the first time or restart the wine cooler or after having been shut off for a
long time. There could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated
on the LED readout. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the wine cooler is
running for a few hours everything will be back to normal.
Interior Light
You can turn the interior light ON or OFF by pressing the “ LIGHT ” switch .
In order to reduce energy consumption. This cabinet will automatically switch off the internal light after 10
minutes. If you want the internal light to remain on continuously. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds until
display show “LP”. To revert to normal mode. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds until display show “LF”.
