REHEAT / COOK
Reheat and Cook automatically compute the correct
warming or cooking time and microwave power level
for foods shown in the chart below.
Suppose you want to reheat 2 cups of soup.
NOTE:
1. To reheat or cook other food or foods above or be-
low the quantity allowed on the Reheat Chart or Cook
Chart, cook manually.
2. Reheat and Cook can be programmed with More or
Less Time Adjustment. Touch POWER LEVEL once
or twice before touching START. See page 16.
COOK CHART
1. Baked Potatoes - 4 reed. Pierce with fork [n several places Place on paper towel on
turntable After cooking, remove from oven and let stand wrappeo

2. Fresh Vegetables 1 _4 cuds
For beans, carrots, corn and peas. add 1 tablespoon of wa_er per
cup. For broccoli. Brussel sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower, cook

If yOU like tender crisp vegetables, double measureo quantity per
setting. For example, use 2 cups cauliflower and program for 1cup.
After cooking, remove from oven. stir. cover and let stand 3 to 5
minutes before serwn 9.
3, Frozen Vegetables 1 - 4 cups Add no water. Cover with lid or plastic wrap, After cooking, stir and
let s_and, covered, for 3 minutes.
4, Frozen Entrees
6 o 17 oz, Use for frozen, convenience foods. It will gwe satisfactory results for
most brands, You may wish to try several and choose your favorite.
Remove package from outerwrapplng and fol!ow package directions
for covering. After cooking, let stand covered 1or I to 3 minutes.
6 - 8 oz. Touch COOK pad and number pad 4 twice for packages weighing
