#1 How does this attach to the wall

The bracket has holes in it so you can put screws through those holes into the wall. I would put at least one screw into a stud. Use wall anchors appropriate for the weight of the fan.

#2 Can this fan be mounted outside?

Use this fan only in dry environments. This fan is not intended for use in a bathroom, laundry area, or similar locations, or near sinks, washing machines, swimming pools or other sources of water. Never locate fan where it may fall into a bathtub or other water receptacle. Do not use in damp environments such as flooded basements.

#3 The pictured item shows two pull strings. Is that correct and if so, what is the function of each pull chain?

To operate the fan, each pull of the string will cycle through the following settings: • OFF • LOW • HIGH • OFF
