7. After the third time, repeat steps 1-5 using only water to ensure the interior of the kettle is
clean and vinegar-free.
8. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
9. Never attempt to descale the kettle by chipping or scraping with a sharp implement.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The kettle does not
operate
The kettle is not plugged into a
working electric outlet
Plug the kettle into a working electric
outlet properly
The power cord is damaged Contact [email protected]
There is no water or insuffi cient
water in the kettle when in use, so
the kettle shuts off automatically
to avoid overheating. It is not a
defect
Unplug the kettle. Allow the kettle to cool
for 10 minutes before refi lling with cold
water. Place the kettle on its base and re-
boil.
The kettle shuts off
automatically before the
water is boiling
There are mineral deposits in the
kettle
Decalcify the kettle regularly referring to
the REMOVING MINERAL BUILD-UP
section in this manual
