GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Read all instructions before using Heater.
Use this Heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended
by the manufacturer may cause re, electrical shock, or injury to persons.
Make certain that the power source conforms to the electrical requirements of the
Heater.
Extreme caution is necessary when any Heater is used by or near children or the
inrm and whenever the Heater is left operating unattended.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
Children shall be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture or its service
agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not operate any Heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the Heater
malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return Heater to au-
thorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment
or repair.
Unplug power cord before servicing or moving the Heater. Always unplug Heater
when not in use.
WARNING: DO NOT DEPEND ON THE ON/OFF SWITCH AS THE SOLE MEANS OF
DISCONNECTING POWER WHEN SERVICING OF MOVING THE HEATER. ALWAYS
UNPLUG THE POWER CORD.
Do not insert or allow ngers or foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as it may cause an electric shock or re, or damage the Heater.
Do not block or tamper with the Heater in any manner while it is in operation.
To prevent a possible re, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
Do not place on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
Always place the Heater on a stable, at, level surface when operating, to avoid the
chance of the Heater overturning. Locate the Power Cord so the Heater or other
objects are not resting on it. Do not run Power Cord under carpeting.
Do not cover Power Cord with throw rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange the Power
Cord away from room trafc and where it will not be tripped over.
This Heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot
surfaces. Always use handle when moving this Heater. Keep combustible materials,
such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m)
from the front of the Heater and keep them at least 1 foot (0.3 m) from the sides
and rear.
WARNING: To avoid danger of electric shock, unplug from outlet when not in use
and before cleaning

Electrical safety
Class 2 Conguration
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE: NEUTRAL (N)
BROWN: LIVE (L)
Class 2 Conguration
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond
with he coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE (or coloured BLACK) must be connected to the
NEUTRAL terminal which is marked with the letter “N”.
The wire which is coloured BROWN (or coloured RED) must be connected to the
LIVE terminal which is marked with the letter “L”.
Always ensure that the Mains Cord is xed into the plug through the Cord Guard or
Cable Clamp, (plug wiring diagram above), and that the Cord Guard screws are tight-
ened to clamp the cord (outer sheath and inner coloured wires) into position in
the plug. Make sure that the plug top is also tted securely.
This appliance must be protected by a 5Amp fuse in a 13 Amp type (BS1363) plug.
Should you need to replace the fuse, use only a 5Amp ASTA approved BS1362 fuse
OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
It is important to ensure the correct Plug Adaptor is used when operating in a coun-
try not using the UK 13 Amp socket system. If in doubt, consult a qualied electrician.
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
A Heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. It must NOT be use in poten-
tially dangerous locations such as ammable explosive, chemical-laden or wet atmos-
pheres. Heater is intended for general use ONLY.
Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid for any reasons.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower
or a swimming pool.
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
DO NOT OPERATE THE HEATER WHEN THE ALARM IS SOUNDING
OPERATION:
Carefully remove the Heater from the plastic bag and the carton.
Place the heater on a rm level surface.
Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet and switch on.
To use only the fan function:
Turn the control dial to “FAN”. The fan will blow out air at room temperature.
If the fan does not operate, the ambient room temperature is cooler than the built-in
thermostat “OFF” level. Turn the thermostat dial gradually clockwise and the fan will
start blowing.
As soon as the fan starts, the light in the front of the machine will illuminate.
To use the appliance for heating:
Turn the control dial to “I”for low heat and “II”for full heat.
Set the level of heat by turning the thermostat dial gradually clockwise for the lowest
heat and fully clockwise for maximum.
The thermostat will turn the appliance off when the selected room temperature is
achieved, and when the temperature drops it will turn on again automatically.
For maximum heat output use “II” with the thermostat turned fully clockwise.
To distribute heat evenly around a room, press “SWING” button.
This function will work in any mode. Pressing the OSC button, the indica-
tor“ “ will be display on
the screen ,the heater will be allowed to oscillate left and right. To stop the
oscillation, press the osc button once more.
