11 Troubleshooting
Notes:
If a problem occurs, ensure the mains input voltage is present before contacting service personnel.
Have the following information ready before contacting service personnel:
Unit information, including model, serial number, etc.
An exact description of the problem. The more detailed description of the problem, the better.
If the UPS displays an error code, refer to the following table to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Inverter Voltage is High The UPS has abnormalities. Contact service personnel.

Inverter Voltage is Low The UPS has abnormalities. Contact service personnel.

O/P Short Output has a short-circuit issue.
1. Check whether the output has a

Inverter Relay is Weld The UPS has abnormalities. Contact service personnel.

DC Offset Voltage of the Output is
High
The UPS has abnormalities. Contact service personnel.

Charger Fault Charger is damaged. Contact service personnel.

WatchDog is Activated The UPS has abnormalities. Contact service personnel.

Battery Low Shutdown
The UPS transfers to run in
battery mode due to AC utility
abnormality. However, the battery
power is almost used up.
1. Check the main AC source and
the main power cord’s status.
2. Contact service personnel.

Over Temperature The UPS temperature is too high.
1. Check whether the UPS
ventilation is normal.
2. Decrease the loads.
3. Check whether the fan runs
normally.
4. Clean the filters (if any are
installed).

Fan Fault Fan is damaged or stuck.
1. Check if foreign matter is stuck
in the fan. If yes, remove it.
2. Contact service personnel.

EPO Shutdown
An emergency shutdown is
executed.
After emergency events are
eliminated, follow the turn-on
procedures to start up the UPS.

Earth wire is missing or line and
