SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR

This SAMSUNG brand product,as supplied and distributed by Samsung ElectronicsAmerica, Inc. (SAMSUNG) and delivered new,
in the original cartonto the original consumer purchaser,is warranted by SAMSUNG against manufacturingdefects in materials
and workmanshipfor a limitedwarranty period of:
One (1) Year Parts and Laboron Refrigerator
Five (5) Years Parts and Labor on Sealed RefrigerationSystem Only*
(*Compressor,evaporator,condenser,drier, connecting tubing)
This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase,and is valid only on products purchasedand used in the United
States. To receive warranty service,the purchaser must contact SAMSUNG for problem determinationand service procedures.
Warrantyservice can only be performedby a SAMSUNGauthorized service center. The original datedbill of sale must be
presentedupon request as proofof purchase to SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG's authorized servicecenter.
SAMSUNG will repairor replace any part found to be defective,at our option and at no charge as stipulatedherein,with new or
reconditionedparts during the limited warranty period specified above. All replaced parts and products becomethe propertyof
SAMSUNGand must be returned to SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and products assume the remaining original warranty,or
ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
In-homeservice will be provided duringthe warranty labor period subjectto availabilitywithin the contiguous United States. In-
home serviceis not available in all areas. To receive in-home service,the product must be unobstructedand accessible from floor
level to service personnel. If during in-home service repair cannotbe completed,it may be necessary to remove, repair and return
the product. If in-home serviceis unavailable, SAMSUNG may elect, at our option, to provide for transportationof our choiceto
and from a SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter. Otherwise,transportationto and from the SAMSUNG authorizedservice center
is the responsibilityof the purchaser.
This limited warranty covers manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanship encountered in normal, noncommercial use of
this product, and shall not apply to thefollowing, including, but not limitedto: damage which occurs in shipment;delivery and
installation;applicationsand uses for which this product was not intended;altered productor serial numbers; cosmetic damage or
exteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of products, equipment,systems, utilities,
services,parts, supplies,accessories,applications,installations, repairs,external plumbing and leaks, external wiring, circuit
breakers,fuses or connectors not supplied and authorized by SAMSUNG, or which damage this product or resultin service
problems;incorrectelectrical line voltage,fluctuationsand surges;customer adjustmentsand failure to follow operating instructions,
cleaning,maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered and prescribed inthe instructionbook; loss of food due to
spoilage;consumable items includingfilters and light bulbs.
THEREARE NO EXPRESSWARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTEDAND DESCRIBEDABOVE, AND NO WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITEDTO, ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITYOR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE,SHALLAPPLYAFTER THE EXPRESSWARRANTY
PERIODS STATEDABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY GIVEN BY ANY PERSON, FIRM OR
CORPORATIONWITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BINDING ON SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG SHALLNOT BE
LIABLE FOR LOSSOF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURETO REALIZESAVINGS OR OTHER BENEFITS,OR ANY OTHER
SPECIAL,INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITYTO USE THIS
PRODUCT,REGARDLESS OF THE LEGALTHEORY ONWHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED,AND EVEN IF SAMSUNG HAS BEEN
ADVISEDOF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST SAMSUNG BE
GREATER INAMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD BY SAMSUNG AND CAUSINGTHE
ALLEGED DAMAGE. WITHOUT LIMITINGTHE FOREGOING, PURCHASERASSUMES ALL RISKAND LIABILITYFOR LOSS,
DAMAGE OR INJURYTO PURCHASERAND PURCHASER'S PROPERTYAND TO OTHERSAND THEIR PROPERTY
ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITYTO USETHIS PRODUCT SOLD BY SAMSUNG NOT CAUSED DIRECTLY
BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF SAMSUNG. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE
ORIGINALPURCHASEROF THIS PRODUCT,IS NONTRANSFERABLEAND STATESYOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
