Troubleshooting guide
Complete a double strength descale 250 ml of anti calc in 250ml of water and follow instruction on the
machine to descale.
Remove, and please soak this for 10 minutes in a small amount of milk cleaning solution, rinse, dry and
put back in the machine.
Check all connection on the flexible tube.
Check that the nozzle/outlet is correctly fitted into the machine, if there is a gap then the machine takes
in air with the milk and causes the sputtering.
If you take it out it must snap/click back in. If you do not hear this sound then it has not been put back
in correctly.
Try putting the milk in a mug or jug and putting the flexible tube directly into this then make a drink, if
this makes a difference then please let us know.
