Before calling your BROILMASTER Dealer, please make sure you have the
following information:
• Model number
• Date of purchase
• Proof of purchase by the original owner
• Serial number
The serial number can be located on the rating plate which is located on the left side of the
Gas Appliance or on the pull-out drip tray lighting instructions and also on the underside of
the drip tray.
