Plug surge suppressor into a
three-wire, grounded 120V
electrical outlet.
Thesurgesuppressorcannotprovidefull
protectionunlessitispluggedintoaproperly
wiredandgroundedoutlet.The
ISOBAR6ULTRAHGfeaturesahospital-
gradeplugandoutlets.Groundingcontinuity
shouldbecheckedperiodically.Grounding
reliabilitycanonlybeachievedwhenthe
ISOBAR6ULTRAHGisconnectedtoan
equivalentgroundedreceptaclemarked
“Hospital-Only”or“Hospital-Grade.”

Flip surge suppressor’s
ON/OFF switch ON
(switch will light up).
Whenthisswitchislit,itindicatesthatAC
powerisenabledatthesurgesuppressor's
outlets.
Note: The ISOBAR6ULTRAHG comes with a locking
switch cover to prevent accidental shut-off. Simply depress
the cover until you hear it click for locking, and lift again
to unlock.
