5.1 «COOKING GUIDE» FUNCTION
The “cooking guide ” function selects the
appropriate cooking parameters for you based on
the food being prepared and its weight.
You must choose a pre-programmed food from
the following list:
P01: Poultry
P02: Duck breast*
P03: Rare beef
P04: Pizza
P05: Roast pork
6.1 «AUTO» FUNCTION
The AUTO function will completely simplify
cooking for you because the oven will
automatically calculate all the cooking parameters
(temperature, cooking time, cooking mode) based
on the selected dish thanks to its electronic
sensors located in the oven that constantly
measure the moisture level and temperature
variations.

Proceed in the same way as for a programmed
time. After setting the cooking time, press ; the
cooking end time flashes.
The display flashes. Set the cooking end time

Confirm by pressing OK.
The cooking end time display stops flashing.

Pre-heat the oven before cooking the dish
For cooking sequences requiring the
oven to be pre-heated, the delayed start
cooking function is not available.
Select the function with . Confirm by
pressing OK. Choose your programme with
and
then confirm by pressing OK.
A suggested weight flashes on the screen.
Enter the actual weight of the food with
and
then confirm by pressing OK.
By pressing OK, you access the cooking end time
setting (delayed start).
If necessary, set the required cooking end time
and
then confirm by pressing OK again.
The oven starts.
N.B.: No preheating is required to use
the AUTO function. Cooking ABSOLUTELY
must begin in a cool oven. You should wait
for the oven to cool down completely
before beginning a second cooking
program.
If your oven is too hot to start a cooking in
AUTO mode, "Hot" will be displayed on the
screen. Let the oven cool.
