Cleaning the water inlet valve
To avoid blockage of the filter at the water tap or hose after long time use, we
recommend you clean these filters every 6 months, or more often if there are frequent
interruptions to the water supply.

CAUTION!
Before cleaning the water inlet valve, make sure you have turned off the water
supply at the tap.
Disconnect the water supply hose from the
washing machine.
Take the filter screen out of the inlet valve
(Fig. 16)
Clean the filter with a soft brush, then assemble
the cleaned filter back into the valve.
Reconnect the water supply hose to the water
tap on your wall and to the water inlet valve at
the back of the washing machine. For more
detailed connection instructions, please refer to
page 13.

Cleaning the universal coupling
In order to avoid blockages to the universal coupling, please clean it every six
months, as described below.
CAUTION!
Before cleaning the water inlet valve, make sure you have turned off the water
supply at the tap.
Remove the water supply hose from the
universal coupling.
Unscrew the fastener (Fig. 17)
Rinse the interior of the fastener with water.
Re-install the clean fastener and water supply
hose.
