Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoor equipmentengine has beenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and that suchabuse, neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.That notwithstanding,any adjustmentof a componentthat hasa factory installed,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdevice is still eligible for warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presenton the off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
