Follow these safety tips to protect against CO poisoning:
NEVER use a generator indoors, including in homes,, garages,

Electrical Hazards
Follow these tips to protect against shock and e!ectrocution

To protect from moisture, operate it on a dry surface under an

ElectricalSafety
• Grounded tools must be plugged into an outlet propedy

Assembly (cont'd)
Wheel Assembly
Perform the foilowing tasks to install the heavy duty wheels onto the
generator assembly:
1, Inse_ axte through brackets located on frame at bosom of generator_
2, Center axle in frame and place each wheel over each end of the axle
then inse_ axle end into the hole in the center of the wheet hub.
3, Place each large washer over the axle ends and inseA axle through
_nter of washer until washer is fully seated against wheel hub.
4. InseA straight side d cotter pin into hole at end of the axle rod and
thread the co_er pin through the hole until pin snaps into place,
5, Repeat using the second cotter pin on the opposite end of the
axle to secure the opposite whee_ to the axJe assembly,
V- Leg Suppo Assembly
Perform the following tasks to instail the V4eg suppo_ bracket:
1_Place V_ leg suppo_ with mounting holes aligned with the mounting
holes in the bosom of the frame,
2. InseA one mounting bolt completely through each mounting hole,
3. Twist mounting screws to _tch the threads in the flame mounted
fasteners and tighten until suppo_ leg is secure,
Handle,Assembly
Perform the fo#owing tasks to install the handle onto the generator frame:
1, Place handle mounting bracket, with handle holes mount holes
configured downward, onto side of generator frame facing away from
generator assembly handle mount holes,
2. Aaign the bracket mounting holes with the frame mounting holes,
3. InseA one _hree inch mounting bolt a!i of the way through each
mounting hole of the mounting bracket and frame,
4, Align mounting plate holes with the bolt ends protruding from inside
frame and insert into mounting holes until the mounting plate is seated,
5, Twist: the mounting nuts onto each bolt and tighten securely,
6, Align handle mounting holes with mounting holes, in mounting brackeL
7, Inse_ three inch mounting bolt completely through handle and bracket,
8. hstall a mounting hue onto bolt and tighten, making sure handle can
swivel,
