8.COOKING FUNCTION-FERMENTATION
In waiting state, turn the knob right to select
the cooking mode. 8 modes are available.
Turn the knob to set the temperature which should be within
"30-45°C " , the default temperature is 35°C.
Turn the knob to set the time which should be within
"1min-12hrs " , the default time is 40 minutes.
