Fixed connection
Fit the power line with an omnipolar circuit
breaker in compliance with installation
regulations. The circuit breaker should be
located near the appliance and in an easily
reachable position. For stationary
appliances permanently connected to the
fixed wiring, compliance with this
requirement is considered to be met if the
instruction concerning disconnection
incorporated in the fixed wiring is in
accordance with AS/NZS3000.
Connection with plug and socket
Make sure that the plug and socket are of
the same type. Avoid using adapters, gang
sockets or shunts as these could cause
overheating and a risk of burns.
Testing
At the end of installation, carry out a brief
inspection test. If the hob fails to operate,
after checking that you have carried out the
instructions correctly, unplug the appliance
and contact Technical Support.
