#1 Does the ice produce where the water dispenses or flows as well?

There's a water outlet beside the Ice Cube Dispenser Shoot.

#2 It shows the ice pack is full even if it's empty.

The sensor is dirty You need to wipe down the insides where the ice is made with a microfiber cloth. Then plug the unit back in and turn it back on.

#3 My ice maker seems to be not working it starts and then stops. What can I do?

Please see the LED sensors on each side of the reservoir. Please clean sensors and restart the machine.
