ZeroWater to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase when

used in compliance with the Owners Manual. During this 90-day period, if you discover a

manufacturing defect with your EcoFilter pitcher/dispenser (excluding the filter) we will

FILTER CARTRIDGE LIMITED WARRANTY Zero Technologies, LLC warrants its filters to

be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase, when used in

compliance with the Owner’s Manual. During this 30-day period, if you discover a

manufacturing defect in your filter, we will replace it free of charge (minus shipping

costs). Dated proof of purchase required. To place a claim for a defective filter, you must

first call 1-800-503-2939 and speak to customer service to trouble shoot the problem. If

a potential manufacturing defect is identified, we will provide instructions on how to

return the filter for laboratory testing. If the lab determines that the filter is defective,

we will replace it free of charge. If no defect is found, your filter will be returned to you.

NOTICE: Read this Performance Data Sheet and compare the capabilities of this unit with

your actual water treatment needs. It is recommended that before purchasing a water

treatment unit you have your water supply tested to determine your actual water treatment

needs. All contaminants reduced by this water treatment device are not necessarily in your

water supply. While testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions, actual

performance may vary.

This system has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 42 for reduction of the substances listed

below. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was

reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the

system, as specified in the relevant standard.

Rated service life is 120 gallons or 454 liters. It is recommended to change the filter with

replacement element R134000 at this point. Service flow rate is 8.0 gallons per day.

Operating temperature is 40-90°F. This water treatment device is intended only for use

with potable water. Do not use water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality

without proper disinfection before or after the system.

This product was designed to reduce chlorine taste and odor. It was NOT designed to

remove 100% of Total Dissolved Solids.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend to thoroughly clean your device prior to first

use and in between filter changes. Hand Wash entire pitcher,

cap, reservoir and rear lid with a mild dish soap. Do not wash

in the dish washer. Rinse well and hand dry.

TROUBLESHOOTING

TRY THESE TIPS…

• Review the inside of the filter to ensure there is no damage

to the filter itself which may prevent it from sealing 100%.

• To achieve maximum performance and ensure a tight seal,

make sure the filter is seated properly inside the

reservoir chamber.

• Check to make sure the cap inside the reservoir is aligned

properly and the ¼ turn lock is engaged.

• Check for cracks in the reservoir or damage to your filter.

5 REPLACE CAP by aligning it on the center rod

and turning it ¼ turn clockwise to lock

Note: the filter is pressure fit (from top to bottom)

so you may have to push the cap down a bit prior

to engaging the lock.

6 FILL RESERVOIR with cold tap water.

7 DISCARD your first two pitchers of filtered

water to flush the system.

8 FILL PITCHER and dispense your filtered

water as necessary.

Note: Replace filter after 120 gallons of filtration.

REMOVE FILTER from filter bag and

rinse in cold tap water for 15 seconds to

remove any surface carbon. Set filter aside.

REMOVE LID THEN REMOVE

CAP inside the reservoir by turning it

¼ turn counterclockwise and pulling it

up and out to remove.

THOROUGHLY HAND WASH

entire pitcher, cap, reservoir and rear lid

with a mild dish soap. Do not wash in the

dish washer. Rinse well and hand dry.
