4. Operation
05: ECO Mode enable/disable
Interface Setting
Parameter 3: Enable or disable ECO function. You may choose one of the following two options:
DIS: Disable the ECO function.
ENA: Enable the ECO function.
If ECO function is disabled, voltage range and frequency range for ECO Mode still can be set, but is
inconsequential unless the ECO function is enabled.
DIS is the default value.
06: Voltage range for ECO Mode
Interface Setting
Parameter 2: Low voltage point in ECO Mode. The setting range is from -11V to -24V of the
nominal voltage.
Parameter 3: High voltage point in ECO Mode. The setting range is from +11V to +24V of the
nominal voltage.
07: Frequency range for ECO Mode
Interface Setting
Parameter 2: Set low voltage point for ECO Mode.
50Hz system: Setting range is from 46.0Hz to 48.0Hz.
60Hz system: Setting range is from 56.0Hz to 58.0Hz.
The default value is 48.0Hz/58.0Hz.
Parameter 3: Set high voltage point for ECO Mode.
50Hz: Setting range is from 52.0Hz to 54.0Hz.
60Hz: Setting range is from 62.0Hz to 64.0Hz.
The default value is 52.0Hz/62.0Hz.
08: Bypass Mode setting

Parameter 2:
OPN: Bypass allowed. When selected, the UPS will run in Bypass Mode depending on the bypass
enabled/disabled setting.
FBD: Bypass not allowed. When selected, the UPS is not allowed in Bypass Mode under any
situation.
Parameter 3:
ENA: Bypass enabled. When selected, Bypass Mode is activated.
DIS: Bypass disabled. When selected, automatic bypass is acceptable, but manual bypass is not
allowed. Under Manual bypass, the user can manually switch the UPS into Bypass Mode by pressing
the OFF button while in the Online Mode.
09: Maximum battery discharge time setting
Interface Setting
Parameter 3:
000~999: Set the maximum discharge time from 0 min to 999 min. The UPS will shut down to
protect its battery if the discharge time elapses before the battery is under voltage. The default
value is 990 minutes.
DIS: Disable battery discharge protection. Backup time will depend on battery capacity.
