Scanning for Available Channels (Auto)
MENU > Broadcasting > Auto Program or Auto Tuning

This function is only available in specific geographical areas.
Automatically scans and indexes all channels received through the TV's antenna input connector.

Do not use this function if your TV is connected to a cable or satellite box.

If the TV has saved channels, Auto Program or Auto Tuning deletes the existing list, and then saves the
newly scanned channels.
1.
Select Broadcasting > Auto Program or Auto Tuning.
2.
Select Start when prompted. This initiates the Auto Program or Auto Tuning function. The
process can take up to 30 minutes to complete.
Storing for available digital channel (Manual)

Availability depends on the specific area.
MENU > Broadcasting > Channel Settings > Digital Manual Tuning
Scans for a digital channel manually and stores in the TV. This function is available only when the
Antenna is set to Air.

If a channel is locked using the Channel Lock function, the PIN input window appears.
1.
Select the New, and then input the desired digital channel information.
2.
Select the Search. When scanning has finished, a channels is updated in the channel list.
