IMPORTANT
As the colours in the mains lead of this appliance
may not correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug, please
proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are labelled in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Green/Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable). The
wire labelled blue is the neutral and must be
connected to the terminal marked [N].
The wire labelled brown is the live wire and must
be connected to the terminal marked [L].
The wire labelled green/yellow must be
connected to the terminal marked with the letter
[E].
On no account must either the brown or the blue
wire be connected to the [EARTH] terminal.
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be tted with a fuse of the same

Non-Rewireable Mains Plug

HANDLING
Before continuing any further with the
installation of this re please read the following:
• One person should be sucient to lift the
re.
• When lifting always keep your back
straight. Bend your legs and not your
back.
• Avoid twisting at the waist. It is better to
reposition your feet.
• Avoid upper body / top heavy bending.
Always bend from the knees rather
than the waist. Do not lean forward or
sideways whilst handling the re.
• Always grip with the palm of your hand.
Do not use the tips of ngers for support.
• Always keep the product as close to the
body as possible to prevent unnecessary
and undue strain on the body.
• Use gloves to provide additional grip.
• Always use assistance if required.
UNPACKING THE PRODUCT
The unit is supplied in a single package
carton. Carefully unpack the product using the
following procedure:
• Ensure that the product is in the correct
position with the carton wording legible.
• Remove the straps and sleeve.
• Carefully lift the replace out of the box.
• Remove the protective packaging and
bag from the suite.
• Locate the xing pack put aside.
• Carefully remove the protective lm
covering the re.
IMPORTANT:
This surround is oor-standing
and must be xed to a wall. Please ensure both
the wall and oor are at before installation, and
there is adequate space for installation. Always
ensure there is enough room to place it.
Please ensure that there is an accessible
electrical socket within the space for
installation. The electrical socket must not be
behind or above the suite.
WARNING!
Ensure supply cord is located
correctly within the notches and cannot be
trapped when the surround is tted to the wall.
1. Route the supply cord through the notch
at the back of the suite.
2. Route the supply cord through the side of
the suite as shown. There will be a notch
located at each side of the suite. Use the
notch nearest to the electrical socket.
SECURING THE SUITE TO THE WALL
(SEE DIAGRAM ON PAGE 11)
1. Attach a mirror clip to the back of each
edge as shown using the 4 x short
screws. Pre-drill the holes to stop the
MDF splitting, (using a 2mm diameter drill
bit).
2. Place the suite to the wall, and mark the
positions of the remaining holes on both
mirror clips.
3. For solid walls, drill the 2 holes
approximately 35mm deep using a 6mm
diameter drill bit. Note: if tting the re to
plaster board with a cavity behind then
propriety wall xings (not supplied) will be
required.
4. Insert the wall plugs, then secure the suite
with 2 x long screws (supplied).
IMPORTANT: Do not connect the appliance
until it is properly xed to the wall and the
instructions have been read fully.
Ensure the minimum distances below are
observed.
Select a location that is not prone to moisture
and is located at least 36” away from any
combustible materials, such as curtain drapes,
furniture, bedding, paper, etc

USING YOUR APPLIANCE:
MANUAL OPERATION:
Make sure the ON/OFF switch, located on the
right side panel, is in the OFF position. Plug the
power cord into a 220~240 grounded outlet
(see IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
section). Make sure the outlet is in good
condition and that the plug is not loose. NEVER
exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit.
DO NOT plug other appliances into the same
circuit.

ON: Enables control panel

the heater turns on, and
after it turns o.

Blue indicator will light
up. Heating at 1kw will
commence.

Press twice. Heating at
2kw turns o.
Press twice. All heating
turns o. The Heater blows
cool air for 10 seconds then
turns o.
NOTE: When the heater is rst turned on, a slight odour may be
present.
This is normal and should not occur again unless the
heater is not used for a long period of time.

Flame Eect and Heating Mode:
STANDBY-MODE:
At the top right of the screen displays current
time and battery icon.
A. Press the Power Button to Turn on.
The remote will be set to its previous
status when activated
B. Press the Light Button once.
The decorative LED light will come on
Press twice: The Decorative LED light will cycle
through the colour change settings. Pressing
the LED button during the changing cycle will
allow you to select a single colour.
Press the “MODE” button, the ame & heating
function can now be adjusted; the Bar symbol
will show at the top left.
The Flame is its brightest when you rst press;
Press the </> button, to adjust the ame to its
middle and low brightness and to turn o
Pressing the +/- buttons allows you to adjust
the heating in 1000W/2000W
REMOTE OPERATION:
FLAME EFFECT AND HEATING MODE:

the symbol will show top left.

3. Press the +/- button to adjust the
temperature.
TEMPERATURE RANGE:
Fahrenheit 65-95℉
Centigrade18-35℃
4. When the heater is next turned on the
temperature setting will be the same as
the last time the heater was used.
5. (a) If temperature set is lower than the
indoor temperature only the ame eect
will run.
(b) If the temperature set is higher than the
indoor temperature both the ame and
heating will run at the same time.
TEMPERATURE RANGE:
A. Press “MODE” to choose “MON” will
blink on the display.
B. Press the +/- buttons to choose a date
from “MON” to “SUN”.
C. After choosing the day, press </> buttons
to select the hour setting. The hour setting
will now blink and you can press the +/-
buttons to choose what hour you would
like to set.
D. After the hours are set, press the </>
buttons to select the minutes setting. The
minutes setting will now blink, and you
can press the +/- buttons to choose your
minute setting.

PRESET TIME MODE:
Press “MODE” to choose . “OFF” will blink
under the icon.
Press +/- buttons to switch-over to the Timer
Function
“OFF” turns o all timer functions. “ON ASC ”
will display and switch to smart mode;
Press > button to move to the next step
TIMED HEATING PROGRAMMING:
A. Press “MODE” to choose, ”MON” will blink
on the display;
B. Press +/- button to choose the day from
“MON” to “SUN”
C. After you choose the day, press the </>
buttons to adjust the clock setting
SETTING TIMED PROGRAM START:
1. After step one is complete “START” and
the CLOCK Icon will blink.
2. Press +/- buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press /> button to go to the next step.
4. The “START” & Minutes display will blink.
5. Press +/- button to adjust the minutes.
6. Press /> switch to next step.
SETTING TIMED PROGRAM END:
1. Once the Start Time has been entered the
“END” & Clock Icon will blink
2. Press +/- buttons to adjust the hour
3. Press /> button to move to next step
4. After the Timer Stop setting is set, “END”
& Minutes will blink on the display.
5. Press +/- buttons to adjust the minute;
6. Press /> button to move to the next step
7. The temperature display will blink.
8. Press +/- switch to adjust the
temperature.
9. Press /> switch to the next step.
Note: A sound will be heard when you
complete the preset time mode.
When the Preset time mode is on, the icon
will show on top of the display
If the preset time mode is wrong, for example
the time to ‘stop running’ is earlier than the
‘begin running’ setting), will show on the
top of the display.
Note: Repeat the above steps to preset each
day of the week.
Note: During the time setting, when the DAY
option is blinking, keep the button
pressed for 3 seconds. The time will reset to
zero [00:00]
When the battery power is low the battery logo
with blink. You should insert a new battery.
The original settings can keep for up to half an
hour if the battery is taken out.
CHECK THAT YOU HAVE NOTED ALL THE
FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Never leave children unsupervised in a
room where the re is ON and unguarded.
• Never obstruct or cover the fan outlet or
force items into re openings.
• Never install or use the re anywhere
where water is in use, i.e. bathrooms,
kitchens, shower rooms, and swimming
pool etc.
• Never use aerosols or steam cleaners on
or around the re.
• Never route the mains supply cable under
carpet etc.
• Never install the re close to curtains or
combustible materials.
• Never use the re to dry clothes etc.
• Never sit or stand on the re.
• Never cut the o the plug and hard wire
into a xed fused spur.

injuries.
Note: When the re is turned on for the rst
time or when it has not been used for some
time, it may release a slight, harmless odour.
This odour is a normal occurrence caused
by the initial heating of the internal heating
elements or dust, and will disappear with use.
SAFETY CUT-OUT SYSTEM
WARNING!
Please do not obstruct the air vents of the
electric re.
This appliance has a ‘self resetting’ safety cut
out system. This will activate if the air inlets
or outlets are obstructed. If the Electric Fire is
obstructed, it will overheat. If the temperature
exceeds 85
o
C, the heater element will cut out,
until a safe temperature is regained.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Safety Cut-Out device:
To ensure against the potential hazard
caused by blockage of the air outlet, this
unit is equipped with an automatic over-
temperature safety cut-out device. When the
device is activated the heater will not operate.
If this occurs, the unit can be reset using the
following procedure.
1. Turn the re o by depressing the on/o
switch on the unit.
2. Unplug the power cord form the electrical
mains supply socket and leave it
disconnected for at least 15 minutes.
3. Ensure that the air vents are free from
obstruction.
4. Plug the power cord back in to the mains
socket.
5. Turn the re back on.
6. If the re fails to operate, check the fuse
in the plug.
7. If the fuse in the plug is OK and the re
is still not functioning, contact a qualied
service person.

CLEANING AND CARE
WARNING! Always disconnect from the mains
supply before cleaning the wall re.
For general cleaning use a soft clean duster -
never use harsh abrasive or cleaners.
The glass viewing screen should be cleaned
carefully with a soft cloth.
CAUTION! Allow the product to completely
cool before handling or cleaning it.
Do not allow water or other liquids to run into
the interior of the product, as this could cause
a re and/or electrical hazard.
We also recommend the periodic cleaning
of this appliance by lightly running a vacuum
cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any
dust or dirt that may have accumulated inside
or on the unit.
CAUTION! Do not use harsh detergents,
chemical cleaners or solvents as they may
damage the surface nish of the plastic
components.
WARNING:
