Quick Problem-Solving Tips
When you experience an issue with your TV, turn it o and on again. If this does not resolve the problem, then refer to the tips below.
When I turn on my TV, there is a delay for a few seconds before the picture appears. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. The TV is initializing and searching for previous setting information.
The light output of the projector is disabled.
In this case, if the power indicator illuminates red light for 5 times, please check whether the foreign object detection window is
covered or dirtied. If so, uncover or carefully clean the foreign object detection window.
No sound or picture
1. Check if the power cord is plugged into a powered AC outlet.
2. Press the
Power button on the remote control to activate the unit from 'Standby' mode.
3. Check to see if the LED light is on or not. If it is, then the TV is receiving power.
Maintenance
• Do not touch this device when it is running or just turned o because it may be hot.
• Do not wipe this device with oil because it may deteriorate the exterior or damage the paint. Contact with rubber or ethylene
products for a long time may cause stains on this device.
• If the outside of the TV is dirty, turn o the TV and wipe with a damped soft cloth.
• Do not touch the lens with your hands.
• Do not touch or wipe the lens with ordinary cleaning cloth. Use a dust blower to remove the dust on the lens. Grease, dirt and
ngerprints should be cleaned carefully by the professional by using optical cleaning cloth, lens wiping paper or professional
cleaning solutions to avoid destroying the optical lming and aecting the image quality.
• To turn o this device, press the Power button on the remote control. Do not cut o the power directly when the device is working.
