Locate the LATCH Connector Storage compartments. Remove LATCH
straps. Make sure LATCH Adjuster strap (Pull 1

) and SuperCinch®
LATCH Tightener strap (Pull 2

) are loosened to their full length.

Do not use the lower anchors of the Child Restraint anchorage system
(LATCH system) to attach this Child Restraint when restraining a child weighing
more than 35 lbs (15.9 kg) with the internal harness of the Child Restraint.
When installing with LATCH in vehicle equipped with inflatable seat
belts, the unused seat belt should NOT be buckled behind the Child
Restraint System as this will engage the inflatable portion of the belt.
