ring,proceedas follows:
1. Removethefour screwswhich securethe frictionwheel'sside
platestogether. SeeFigure32.
2. Removethe rubberringfrombetweenthe plates.
3. Reassemblethe side plateswith a newrubberring.

plates.Tighteneachscrewonlyone rotationbeforeturningthe wheel

(between6 ft-lbsand 9 ft-lbs).
