As the colours in the mains lead of this appliance
may not correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug, please

The wires in the mains lead are labelled in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Green/Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable). The
wire labelled blue is the neutral and must be
connected to the terminal marked [N].
The wire labelled brown is the live wire and must

HANDLING
Before continuing any further with the
installation of this re please read the following:
• Two people should be sucient to lift the
re.
• When lifting always keep your back
straight. Bend your legs and not your
back.
• Avoid twisting at the waist. It is better to
reposition your feet.
• Avoid upper body / top heavy bending.
Always bend from the knees rather
than the waist. Do not lean forward or
sideways whilst handling the re.
• Always grip with the palm of your hand.
Do not use the tips of ngers for support.
• Always keep the product as close to the
body as possible to prevent unnecessary
and undue strain on the body.
• Use gloves to provide additional grip.
• Always use assistance if required.
UNPACKING THE PRODUCT
The unit is supplied in a single package
carton. Carefully unpack the product using the
following procedure:
• Ensure that the product is in the correct
position with the carton wording legible.
• Remove the straps and sleeve.
• Carefully lift the replace out of the box.
• Remove the protective packaging and
bag from the suite.
IMPORTANT:
Always ensure there is enough
room to place it.
Please ensure that there is an accessible
electrical socket within the space for
installation. The electrical socket must not be
behind or above the suite.
INSTALLATION
This appliance is designed to be permanently
xed to a wall at a minimum height of 30cm.
The wall bracket must be tted horizontally
and the cable routed to the bottom right of the
heater. It is recommended that the distance
between the bottom of the replace and the
oor is of at least 60cm.
To wall-mount the replace, carry out the
following instructions:
1. Using the bracket as a template, mark
ve drill positions on the wall. Make
sure these holes are level. Observe the
recommended xing dimensions.
2. Put the bracket aside and drill holes with a
depth of 35 mm using an 8 mm drill bit.
3. Clean the holes thoroughly and insert one
plug in each hole. Make sure the edge of
each plug is ush with the surface
4. Hold the bracket in position and x it with
screws.
5. Attach the xing angle to the bottom of
the appliance using the short screws.
6. Carefully lift the appliance and hook it to
the wall bracket. DO NOT let go of the
appliance until you are sure it is safely
engaged to the bracket, as this could
cause you physical harm as well as
damage the appliance.
7. Now mark the hole position for xing the
angle. Carefully remove the appliance from
the bracket and once again drill holes with
a depth of 35 mm using an 8 mm drill bit.
8. Clean these new holes thoroughly and
insert one plug in each hole. Make sure
the edge of each plug is ush with the
surface
9. Lift the appliance up again, engage it to
the bracket and x the angle with screws.
IMPORTANT: Do not connect the appliance
until it is properly xed to the wall and the
instructions have been read fully.
Select a location that is not prone to moisture
and is located at least 36” away from any
combustible materials, such as curtain drapes,
furniture, bedding, paper, etc.

Placing the Decorative Pebbles:
This unit comes complete with decorative
pebbles, to be placed on the inside of the
appliance.
To place the pebbles inside the re, begin by
opening the front panel. To do this, locate the
2 xing screws on either side of the unit, near
the bottom bracket, and use a screwdriver to
loosen them by turning them anti-clockwise (to
the left). Repeat this process with the 2 screws
on the opposite side of the replace, so that all
4 screws are loose.
When all 4 screws have been loosened, remove
them to one side and carefully pull the front
glass panel of the re away from the main body
of the unit. You can now place the decorative
pebbles inside the re.
Loosely scatter the pebbles over the main inner
area of the replace. Once you are happy with
the arrangement, place the front panel back
into position and insert the xing screws back
into their respective slots on either side of the
unit. Use a screwdriver to tighten each screw
into place by turning it clockwise (to the right).
so that the glass panel is secured and cannot
come loose.
NOTE: Ensure the glass panel is rmly secured
into place before attempting to use the re.
Your replace is now ready for use.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Turning the Appliance On and Off:
• To turn the appliance on, rst plug it into a
mains outlet.
• Once the appliance has been plugged
in, press the Power ON/OFF button on
the remote control or the unit’s control
panel to turn the appliance on. A red LED
indicator will light up to show the unit has
been turned on.
• Press this button again while the replace
is in operation to turn it o.
NOTE: When using the remote control, rst
ensure the Standby switch located on the top
right-hand side of the appliance is switched on;
otherwise, the remote operation function will
not work.
NOTE: When using the remote control to
operate the unit, there will be a delay between
the button press and the corresponding
function being activated. DO NOT press a
button more than once every two seconds to
ensure optimal operation.
Auto Function:
This replace is equipped with an Auto
function, in which the LED ame eect will
automatically change at 10-second intervals.
Long-press the Power ON/OFF button on the
remote control or the unit’s control panel to turn
the Auto ame function on.
Heat Selection:
This replace oers a choice of two heat
settings: Low (1000W) or High (2000W).
Each of these two settings is represented by
a corresponding button on the remote control
and the unit’s control panel.
To select your preferred heat settings, carry out
the following instructions:
• To select the Low heat setting, press the
1000W button on the remote control or
the unit’s control panel. Press this button
again to turn the heating function o.
• To select the High heat setting, press the
2000W button on the remote control or
the unit’s control panel. Press this button
again to turn the heating function o.
Setting The Time And Date:
• This unit is equipped with a built-in timer,
which allows for programmable, hands-
free timed operation. To make use of the
unit’s timer, begin by setting the correct
time and date.

• Press the ‘Correct’ button on the unit’s
control panel to begin selecting and
adjusting the time and date. Press this
button once to select the hours, press it
again to select the minutes, and press it a
third time to select the day of the week..
• The corresponding indicators or digits on
the LCD control panel will ash to indicate
they have been selected and can now be
adjusted.
• When each setting has been selected,
press the + or - buttons on the unit’s
remote control to manually adjust it.
• The unit will automatically save the
selected settings to memory after a few
seconds. The corresponding indicators or
digits on the LCD control panel will stop
ashing to indicate each setting has been
saved to memory.
Setting The Timer:
Note: Ensure the correct time and date have
been set before attempting to program a timer.
• Press the ‘Set’ button on the unit’s remote
control to begin setting a timer. The
‘Timer’ indicator on the unit’s control panel
will light up and begin to ash to indicate
timer selection mode has been activated.
• Once this mode is activated, press the
‘Set’ once to select the starting day for
the timer. The ‘ON’ indicator will light up
on the unit’s control panel to indicate the
start timer is now being selected. Once
this indicator is lit, press the ‘SET’ button
again to select the starting hour, press it
a third time to select the starting minutes,
and press it a fourth time to select the
desired operating temperature. The
corresponding indicators or digits on the
LCD control panel will ash to indicate
they have been selected and can now be
adjusted.
• When each setting has been selected,
press the Up and Down arrows on the
unit’s remote control to manually adjust
it. Press the ‘Set’ button again once each
setting has been adjusted to move on to
the next one.
Note: When selecting the starting or ending day
for each timer, ensure the Down arrow indicator
on the unit’s control panel lights up; otherwise,
the timer may not have been properly saved to
memory or activated.
• Press the ‘Set’ button again once all the
settings have been adjusted to move on
to the ending date and time selection. The
‘OFF’ indicator will light up on the unit’s
control panel to indicate the end timer is
now being selected. Once this indicator is
lit, repeat the process as detailed above to
set the ending time, date and temperature
for the currently selected timer.
• Press the ‘OK’ button once all the
settings have been adjusted to exit the
timer programming function. The unit will
automatically save the selected settings
to memory.
• Press the Power button on the remote
control or the unit’s control panel to reset
all programmed timers and temperature
settings.
Adjusting the Flame Effect:
• The re’s LED ame eect can be dimmed
or its colour changed between an array
of four primary colours and six mixed
colours, as required.
• Press the Dimmer button on the remote
control or the unit’s control panel to adjust
the brightness of the ame eect.
• Press the ‘Colour’ button on the unit’s
remote control while the LED ame
eect is activated to change its colour.
Repeatedly press this button to cycle
between the available colours.

Adjusting the LED Strip Lights:
This unit is equipped with colour-changing LED
strip lights to either side of the main panel.
• Press the ‘Backlight’ button on the unit’s
remote control to turn the LED strip lights
on.
• Repeatedly press the ‘Backlight’ button
once the lights have been turned on to
cycle through the 6 available colours.
Press this button a seventh time to turn
the LED strip lights o.
Overheat Protection:
• The replace is equipped with an overheat
protection function, which automatically
activates whenever the unit’s inner
temperature becomes too high.
• For safety reasons, when the overheat
protection function activates, the unit will
NOT automatically turn itself o; it will
need to be reset manually.
• To manually reset the unit, unplug the unit
from the mains and wait for approximately
15 minutes. Once this time elapses,
reconnect the unit to the mains supply
and turn it on.
• If after this time the replace still fails to
operate correctly, contact our Customer
Services team or a qualied repair
technician.

CLEANING AND CARE
WARNING! Always disconnect from the mains
supply before cleaning the wall re.
CAUTION! Allow the product to completely
cool before handling or cleaning it.
• Clean the surface of the unit with a soft
damp cloth. Never use detergents, harsh
cleaning agents or sprays, as these could
cause damage to the surface.
• To clean the glass viewing panel, wipe it
carefully with a soft cloth. DO NOT use
proprietary glass cleaners to clean this
panel, as they could cause damage to the
glass surface.
CAUTION! Do not use harsh detergents,
chemical cleaners or solvents as they may
damage the surface nish of any plastic
components.
Replacing the Lamp:
This unit is tted with a replaceable LED lamp.
This should only be repaired or replaced by a
professionally trained person. DO NOT attempt
to replace or repair the LED lamp yourself.
Should it develop a fault, contact our Customer
Support team or a qualied repair technician.

DO NOT IMMERSE ANY ELECTRICAL PART
