II. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Make sure that your power supply matches with the power that marked on the
product. The deviation is under 10%.
2. Before connect the power, please connect the ground wire firstly.
! It is high power (2 KW) equipment, connect a Current safety device before use it.
3. Before obtaining access to terminals. All supply circuits must be disconnected.
4. If the supply cord is damaged or machine shows any signs of damage, it must be
replaced and fixed by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
5. The electronic and electric parts must not be immersed.
6. DO NOT handle roughly or drop on hard surfaces.
7. DO NOT mix with other utensils in the sink when washing.
8. DO NOT allow to rust. Always wash parts thoroughly. Dry completely and then
lubricate with mineral oil or liquid shortening before storing or reinstalling in unit.
9. DO NOT force the machine if it becomes jammed. Disassemble and remove any
obstruction to prevent damage to the plunger.
10. It is forbidden to switch on the machine without oil since this could cause a rapid
burn of the radiator and a malfunction of the machine.
11. The instruction concerning persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge is not
applicable.Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
III. ILLUSTRATIONS

Instructions for switch of Operating S
[ Heat Lamp ] When heating tube is working,it will light.
[Counter Reset] You can reset the counter vie it.
[ TEMP-C] When actual temperature of the oil is different from the set temperature,you
can adjust by it.
[ TEMP Set+ ] Increase the heating temperature.
[ TEMP Set- ] Decrease the heating temperature.
[ Time + ] Increasing frying time.
[ Time - ] Decreasing frying time.
[On / Off ] Power switch.
[ Heat ] It is heating switch.
[Drop ] This switch control dought falling down from container.
[Flip ] Flip the dought.
[Auto] Have machine work automatically,press it after temperature & frying time are set.
IV. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install all parts of the machine and clean it.
! Make sure thermostat is off before press power switch.
2. Connect power including ground wire. Make sure that power requirements of the
machine do match the power source as specified on machine's data plate.
3. Have all material prepared and pulling oil into oil tank.
! Danger of fire exists if no oil or water in oil tank.
DO NOT have machine on heating condition when tank is dry.
! Mind the heat oil and don't get a burn.
4. Two ways for choose to operate this machine.
(1) Want to test machine's working condiction or manual control machine.
A. Press On/Off switch,heat indicator lights up and the machine starts to run.
B. Set heating temperature vie switch TEMP Set+(or TEMP Set-).
180℃ ~220℃ is recommended for heating temperature.
！Pre-heat oil before you fry donut.
C. Set your desired frying time vie switch Time+ (Time-).
D. Press switch Heat,Press switch Heat,heating is beginning and its indicator lights
up.When temperature is to your desired value, thermostat will be off by itself and
heating tube will stop working. Thermostat indicator is off at the same time. When
oil's temperature degree decreases, thermostat can connect power automatically and
thermostat indicator start working again. This will circulate to ensure temperature
is within the temperature range you set.
E. Pull the pre-dought into container.
F. Press switch Drop to have dought from container.Dought will be fried in oil tank.
G.Press switch Flip to turn over the dought.
(2) Have machine work automatically.
A. Press On/Off switch,it lights up and the machine starts to run.
B. Set heating temperature vie switch TEMP Set+(or TEMP Set-).
C. Set your desired frying time vie switch Time+ (Time-).
180℃ ~220℃ is recommended for heating temperature.

5.. Finally, decorating the already cooled doughnuts to make your delicious donut.
V. CLEANING & STORING
1. Do cut off the appliance's power supply and wait it cooling down before cleaning.
2. Do not use strong alkali cleaners such as lye, soda ash, or trisodium phosphate, these
will discolor or even corrode the equipment. Wipe the appliance with soft cloth
.Never with abrasive products.
3. Store it in a dry place away from corrosive substances.
