Dremel® Limited Lifetime Warranty
Dremel® Battery and Charger 2-Year Limited Warranty
If you are a consumer subject to the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, your rights and remedies under such Act are
not limited, including the right to make a claim under any of the statutory warranties provided under sections 34 to
54 of such act.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary. The obligation
of Bosch for any valid claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is solely to repair or replace the product. Some
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or certain limitations on implied
warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

The battery and the charger for your Dremel® 8250 power tool (respectively, the “Battery” and the “Charger”) are
warranted against defective material or workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase, subject to the
limitations described below (the “Limited 2-Year Warranty”). In the event of a failure of the Battery and/or the Charger,
as the case may be, to conform to this written warranty, please take the following action:
1. DO NOT return the Battery or the Charger to the place of purchase.
2. Carefully package the failed Battery or Charger, as the case may be, by itself, with no other items, and return it, freight
prepaid, along with:
A. A copy of your dated proof of purchase (please keep a copy for yourself).
B. A written statement about the nature of the problem.
C. Your name, address and phone number to:
We recommend that the package be insured against loss or in transit damage for which we cannot be responsible.
The Limited 2-Year Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Battery and Charger. Limited 2-Year Warranty
coverage for the Battery and/or the Charger terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers such Battery
and/or Charger, as the case may be.
FAILURES OF THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM:
- NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR; - UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS;
- TAMPERING; - UNAPPROVED ATTACHMENTS; OR
- ACCIDENT; - OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO PROBLEMS
- ABUSE; WITH MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP
- NEGLIGENCE;
