Fault Cause and troubleshooting
/ The electronics have overheated. All cooking zones have switched off.
1. Wait until the electronics have cooled down sufficiently.
2. Touch any control element.

¡ If
lights up on the display, press and hold the touch
key for the cooking zone in question, in order to read
the fault code.
¡ If the fault code is not listed in the table, disconnect the
cooktop from the power supply, wait 30seconds, and
then reconnect it again. If the display appears again,
contact Customer Support and tell them the precise
fault code.
¡ If a fault occurs, the appliance will not switch to standby
mode.
