TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE
BEFORE EACH USE
1. Check for damaged, missing, or worn
parts.
2. Check for loose screws, misalignment
or binding of moving parts, or any other
condition that may affect the operation.
3. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs,
turn the tool off immediately and have
the problem corrected before further
use.
WARNING:
• When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other
parts may create a hazard or cause
product damage.
• To avoid serious personal injury, always
remove the battery pack from the
product when cleaning or performing
any maintenance.
• Avoid using solvents when cleaning
plastic parts. Most plastics are
susceptible to damage from various
types of commercial solvents and may
be damaged by their use. Use a clean
cloth to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease,
etc.
• Using compressed air may be the most
effective cleaning method. Always wear
safety goggles when cleaning tools with
compressed air.
