TROUBLESHOOTING

close:
Check and clean the door gasket regularly to ensure that there is
no debris on it.
Ensure there is no frost build-up preventing the door from
closing. May require to defrost.
Door difficult to
open:
Clean door gaskets and contact surfaces with mild soap and
warm water.
Add non-slip pads to the appliance feet if it is sliding on the floor.
Water
Clogged water drain port. Over time the drain port may be
clogged with dirt and debris. Push a small plastic straw down the
hole to clear out any dirt.
