1. Ensurethereisfuel infuel tank andoil in crankcase.
2. Setfuel valve leverto "ON" position
3. Placechokeleverto "ON" position
4. Startenginewith pullstartcord.
5. Allow engineto idleuntilengine iswarm
6. Placecarburetorchokelevertowardthe "OFF" positionwhenenginehas
sufficientlywarmedup. Note: Engineusuallyrunsbestwiththe chokelever
betweentheon andoff positions
