18.3.1 Vertical Measurement
Vertical measurement includes 17 parameters:
ï‚Ÿ Max: Highest value in the input waveform
ï‚Ÿ Min: Lowest value in the input waveform
ï‚Ÿ Pk-Pk: Difference between maximum and minimum data values
ï‚Ÿ Top: Value of most probable higher state in a bimodal waveform
ï‚Ÿ Base: Value of most probable lower state in a bimodal waveform
ï‚Ÿ Amplitude: Difference between top and base in a bimodal
waveform. If not bimodal, the difference between max and min
ï‚Ÿ Mean: Average of data values
ï‚Ÿ Cycle Mean: Average of data values in the first cycle
