have a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this
plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.

AUTOMATIC WORLDWIDE DUAL VOLTAGE
This appliance will automatically adjust to the proper voltage. In North America,
connect the plug into any outlet. Outside North America, use a plug adapter of the
proper configuration with the plug before connecting into any outlet.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
This styling iron has an Automatic Shut-off feature. Should you forget to turn off the
styling iron, it will automatically shut off after an hour.
STYLING TIPS
• Your Revlon
®
styling tool is ideal for creating gorgeous curls in all hair types.
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Plug your styling iron into an electrical outlet. Push the “On” button and select
the dial setting best suited for your hair type. (See guidelines under “Heat
Control.”)
• Separate a 2-inch section of hair and clamp ends to styling iron barrel.
• Using one hand to hold the Cool Tip and the other to hold the Handle, roll hair
under for a curl and over for a flip.
• Leave in hair for an average of 5 to 8 seconds, then slowly unroll.
• Press the Clamp Button to release hair.
• Push the “Off” button and unplug the styling tool after styling is complete.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing or brushing.
HEAT CONTROL
IMPORTANT: When using the styling iron for the first time, select the
LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you
want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature.
Never style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage your hair.
Use only as much heat as you need for effective curling. Over time, using more heat
than is necessary can result in hair damage. For best results, follow the guidelines
below:
IMPORTANT: During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice
smoke and a slight odor. This is normal and is not a cause for concern.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenance
Your appliance is virtually maintenance-free. No lubrication is needed. Keep heated
surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes necessary,
unplug the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior with a damp
cloth. If the cord becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
WARNING: If any malfunction occurs, do not attempt to repair. This appliance
has no user-serviceable parts.
STORAGE
Unplug appliance when not in use.
Allow appliance to cool and store out of reach of children in a safe, dry location.
Never wrap the cord around the appliance since this will cause the cord to wear
prematurely and break. Handle cord carefully for longer life and avoid jerking,
bending sharply, twisting, or straining cord, especially at plug connections.

AUTOMATIC WORLDWIDE DUAL VOLTAGE
This appliance will automatically adjust to the proper voltage. In North America,
connect the plug into any outlet. Outside North America, use a plug adapter of the
proper configuration with the plug before connecting into any outlet.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
This styling iron has an Automatic Shut-off feature. Should you forget to turn off the
styling iron, it will automatically shut off after an hour.
STYLING TIPS
• Your Revlon
®
styling tool is ideal for creating gorgeous curls in all hair types.
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Plug your styling iron into an electrical outlet. Push the “On” button and select
the dial setting best suited for your hair type. (See guidelines under “Heat
Control.”)
• Separate a 2-inch section of hair and clamp ends to styling iron barrel.
• Using one hand to hold the Cool Tip and the other to hold the Handle, roll hair
under for a curl and over for a flip.
• Leave in hair for an average of 5 to 8 seconds, then slowly unroll.
• Press the Clamp Button to release hair.
• Push the “Off” button and unplug the styling tool after styling is complete.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing or brushing.
HEAT CONTROL
IMPORTANT: When using the styling iron for the first time, select the
LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you
want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature.
Never style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage your hair.
Use only as much heat as you need for effective curling. Over time, using more heat
than is necessary can result in hair damage. For best results, follow the guidelines
below:
IMPORTANT: During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice
smoke and a slight odor. This is normal and is not a cause for concern.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenance
Your appliance is virtually maintenance-free. No lubrication is needed. Keep heated
surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes necessary,
unplug the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior with a damp
cloth. If the cord becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
WARNING: If any malfunction occurs, do not attempt to repair. This appliance
has no user-serviceable parts.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
This styling iron has an Automatic Shut-off feature. Should you forget to turn off the
styling iron, it will automatically shut off after an hour.
STYLING TIPS
• Your Revlon
®
styling tool is ideal for creating gorgeous curls in all hair types.
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Plug your styling iron into an electrical outlet. Push the “On” button and select
the dial setting best suited for your hair type. (See guidelines under “Heat
Control.”)
• Separate a 2-inch section of hair and clamp ends to styling iron barrel.
• Using one hand to hold the Cool Tip and the other to hold the Handle, roll hair
under for a curl and over for a flip.
• Leave in hair for an average of 5 to 8 seconds, then slowly unroll.
• Press the Clamp Button to release hair.
• Push the “Off” button and unplug the styling tool after styling is complete.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing or brushing.
HEAT CONTROL
IMPORTANT: When using the styling iron for the first time, select the
LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you
want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature.
Never style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage your hair.
Use only as much heat as you need for effective curling. Over time, using more heat
than is necessary can result in hair damage. For best results, follow the guidelines
below:
