the cordless battery chainsaws Husqvarna 340i and
from 2020’s serial numbers and onwards (the year is
clearly stated in plain text on the type plate with
subsequent serial number), are in conformity with the
requirements of the COUNCIL’S DIRECTIVES:
• of May 17, 2006 ”relating to machinery”
2006/42/EC.
• of February 26, 2014 ”relating to electromagnetic
compatibility” 2014/30/EU.
• of May 8, 2000 ”relating to the noise emissions in
the environment” 2000/14/EC.
• of June 8, 2011 on the "restriction of use of certain
hazardous substances" 2011/65/EU
The following standards have been applied: IEC
62841-1, IEC62841-4-1, EN 61000-6-1:2007, EN
61000-6-3:2007+A1:2011.
Notified body (0404): RISE SMP, Svensk
Maskinprovning AB, Box 7035, SE-750 07, Uppsala,
Sweden, has carried out EC type examination in
accordance with the machinery directive's
(2006/42/EC) article 12, clause 3b. The certificates for
EC type examination have the numbers: 0404/20/2546
In addition, RISE SMP, Svensk Maskinprovning AB,
Box 7035, SE-750 07, Uppsala, Sweden, has certified
conformity with annex V of the Council's Directive of
May 8, 2000 "relating to the noise emissions in the
environment" 2000/14/EC. The certificates have the
numbers: 01/162/005
The supplied chainsaw conforms to the example that
underwent EC type examination.
