You can record sound only, without images, for up to two hours at
one time.

Select (Record) and press the SET button.
z Recording time will be displayed.
z Use the S or T button to change the
sample rate. Sound quality will
improve in the order of [11.025kHz],
[22.050kHz], [44.100kHz]

recorded file size will also increase
respectively.

z When pressing the SET button,
recording will pause. Pressing the
button once again will resume recording.
z Pressing the shutter button halfway or pressing the movie
button will stop sound recording and switch the camera to
shooting mode.
z The sound mode can be changed (p. 56).
