Loading and using the dryer.
Always follow the fabric manufacturer's care label when laundering.
Sorting and Loading Hints
Asageneral rule,if clothes are sorted properly for the washer,they are sorted properlyfor the dryer.
Tryalso to sort items according to size.Forexample,do not dry asheet with socksor other small items.
Donot add fabric softenersheetsonce theload hasbecomewarm. Theymay cause fabric softenerstains.
Bounce®Fabric ConditionerDryerSheetshave beenapproved for usein all GEDryerswhen usedin accordance
with the manufacturer's instructions.
Do not overload. Thiswastes energy and causeswrinkling.
Do not dry the following items: fiberglassitems, woolens,rubber-coateditems,plastics,items with plastic trim
and foam-filled items.

A partially clogged exhaust can lengthen the
drying time.
Follow these steps:
F-_Turn off electrical supplyby disconnecting the
plug from the wall socket.
F2--]Disconnectthe duct from the dryer.
J-3--JVacuum the duct with the hoseattachment and
reconnect the duct.
TheExhaust Hood: Checkfrom the outside that the
flaps ofthe hood move freely when operating. Make
surethat there isno wildlife (birds,insects,etc.)nesting
insidethe duct or hood.
