Makesurethebottomofthepanandthesurfaceofthecookingzonearecleananddry.
3.Touchtheheatingzoneselectioncontrolandtheindicatornexttothekeywillflash.
4.Selectaheatsettingbytouchingthe-or+control.
Ifyoudontchooseaheatsettingwithin1minute,theinductionhobwillautomaticallyswitchoff.Youwillneed
tostartagainatstep1.
Youcantouchtheheatingzoneselectionagainandmodifytheheatsettingatanytimeduringcooking.

Autoshutdownisasafetyprotectionfunctionforyourinductionhob.Itwillautomaticallyturnoffafteracertainperiodof
time.Thedefaultworkingtimesforvariouspowerlevelsareshowninthebelowtable:
Whenapotisremoved,theinductionhobcanstopheatingimmediatelyandautomaticallyswitchoffafter1
minute.

Setting the Timer to Turn off One Cooking Zone
1.Touchtheheatingzoneselectioncontrolthatyouwanttosetthetimerfor.
2.Touchtimercontrol,theminderindicatorwillstartflashingand30willshowinthetimerdisplay.
3.Setthetimebytouchingthe+and-buttons.
Hint:Touchthe-or+controlofthetimeronce-timewilldecreaseorincreaseby1minute.
Touchandholdthe-or+controlofthetimer-timewilldecreaseorincreaseby10minutes.
4.Touchthe-controltoreducethetimeoutstandingtozeroorpressthetimercontrolwhenthe00
showsintheminutedisplaytocancelthetimer.
5.Whenthetimeisset,itwillbegintocountdownimmediately.Thedisplaywillshowtheremainingtimeandthe
timerindicatorwillflashfor5seconds.
NOTE: Thereddotnexttopowerlevelindicatorwillilluminate,indicatingthatzoneisselected.
6.Whencookingtimerexpires,thecorrespondingcookingzonewillswitchoffautomatically.

Care and cleaning
1. Everyday soiling on glass (fingerprints, marks, stains left by food of non-sugary spillovers on the glass).

2. Boil-overs, melts and hot sugary spills on the glass
Removetheseimmediatelywithapaletteknifeorrazorbladescrapersuitableforinductionglasscooktopsbut
bewareofhotcookingzonesurfaces:
1).Switchoffthepowertothecooktopviatheisolationswitch.
2).Holdthebladeorutensilata30°angleandscrapethesoilingorspilltoacoolareaofthecooktop.
3).Cleanthesoilingorspillupwithadishclothorpapertowel.
4).Followsteps2to4foreverydaysoilingonglassabove.
Removestainsleftbymeltsandsugaryfoodorspilloversassoonaspossible.Iflefttocoolontheglass,they
maybedifficulttoremoveorevenpermanentlydamagetheglasssurface.

Theremaybeaslightfilmofwateroverthecontrolsoryoumaybeusingthetipofyourfingerwhentouchingthecontrols:
Makesurethetouchcontrolareaisdryandusetheballofyourfingerwhentouchingthecontrols.
6. The induction hob makes a low humming noise when used on a high heat setting.
Thisiscausedbythetechnologyofinductioncooking:Thisisnormal,thenoiseshouldquietendownordisappear

7. Fan noise coming from the induction hob.

8. Pans do not become hot and appears in the display.

9. The induction hob or a cooking zone has turned itself off unexpectedly, a tone sounds and an error code is
displayed (typically alternating with one or two digits in the cooking timer display).

4. The glass is being scratched.

5. Some pans make crackling or clicking noises.

Cutouttheworksurfaceaccordingtothesizesshowninthedrawing.
Forthepurposeofinstallationanduse,aminimumof5cmspaceshouldbepreservedaroundthehole.
Ensurethethicknessoftheworksurfaceisatleast35mm.Pleaseselectaheat-resistantworksurfacematerialtoavoid
deformationcausedbytheheatradiationfromthehotplate.
Theabovearethejudgmentandinspectionofcommonfailures.
Pleasedonotdisassembletheunitbyyourselftoavoidanydangerordamagetotheinductionhob.
Makesuretheinductionhobiswellventilatedandtheairinletandoutletarenotblocked.Ensuretheinductionhobisingood
workingorder.
Note:Thedistancebetweenthehotplateandthecupboardaboveshouldbe650-750mm.
Thehobhasaspecialsealwhichpreventsliquidfromenteringthecabinet.Followtheseinstructionsinordertocorrectlyapply
thisseal:Detachthesealsfromtheirbacking.Turnthehoboverandcorrectlypositionthesealundertheedgeofthehobso
thattheouterpartofthesealperfectlymatchestheouteredgeofthehob.Fixthesealtothehobevenlyandsecurely,pressing
itfirmlyinplace.
Note: There must be a 560x5mm opening in the front
(position E) to dissipate the air.
After installation, ensure the airflow opening is not
blocked by the worktop.
Before you install the hob, make sure that:
Theworksurfaceissquareandlevel,andthatnostructuralunitsinterferewiththespacerequirements.
Theworksurfaceismadeofaheat-resistantmaterial.
Ifthehobisinstalledaboveanoven,theovenhasabuilt-incoolingfan.
Theinstallationwillcomplywithallclearancerequirementsandapplicablestandardsandregulations.
Asuitableisolatingswitchprovidingfulldisconnectionfromthemainspowersupplyisincorporatedinthepermanentwiring,
mountedandpositionedtocomplywiththelocalwiringrulesandregulations.
Theisolatingswitchmustbeofanapprovedtypeandprovidea3mmairgapcontactseparationinallpoles(orinallactive
[phase]conductorsifthelocalwiringrulesallowforthisvariationoftherequirements).
Theisolatingswitchwillbeeasilyaccessibleafterinstallation.
Youconsultlocalbuildingauthoritiesandby-lawsifindoubtregardinginstallation.
Youuseheat-resistantmaterials(suchasceramictiles)forthewallsurfacessurroundingthehob.
When you have installed the hob, make sure that:
Thepowersupplycableisnotaccessiblethroughcupboarddoorsor
drawers.
Thereisadequateflowoffreshairfromoutsidethecabinetstothebase

Theunitshouldbeplacedonastable,smoothsurfacetoprevent
damage.Donotapplyforceontothecontrolsprotrudingfromthehob.

Fixthehobontheworksurfacebyscrewing2bracketsonthebottomofhob(seepicture)afterinstallation.

3.Theinductionhotmustbeinstalledinawaythatbetterheatradiationcanbeensuredtoenhanceitsreliability.
4.Thewallandinducedheatingzoneabovetheworksurfacemustwithstandheatgeneratedbythehob.
5.Toavoidanydamage,thesandwichlayerandadhesivemustberesistanttoheat.
•Ifthecableisdamagedortobereplaced,theoperationmustbecarriedoutthebyaserviceagentorasuitablyqualified
professional.
•Iftheapplianceisbeingconnecteddirectlytothemains,anomnipolarcircuitbreakermustbeinstalledwithaminimum
