The repairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemay be excludedfrom such warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoor equipmentenginehas beenabused,neglected,or improperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse, neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part. That notwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
and properlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligible for warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
