1. Press the $ symbol on the hotplate.
2. Then press the required power level symbol.
3. To change the power level: select the hotplate and then press the symbol of the required power level. To select an intermediate level, press the Û symbol that is between the power level symbols.

How to program
1. Select the hotplate: Press the Ô symbol. The ‘ indicator lights up on the hotplate display.
The possible temperature settings are shown above the power level control panel.
2. In the next 10 seconds, select the required temperature setting using the relevant power level symbol. (see picture). The deep-frying function will have been activated.
3. Add oil to the pan, then add the ingredients.
