WARRANTY STATEMENT
InFocuswarrantsitsproductstobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
duringthewarrantyperiod.Ifaproductprovestobedefectiveinmaterialor
workmanshipduringthewarrantyperiod,InFocuswill,atitssoleoption,repairor
replacetheproductwithasimilarproduct.ReplacementProductsorpartsmayinclude
remanufacturedorrefurbishedpartsorcomponents.Thereplacementunitwillbe
coveredbythebalanceoftimeremainingonthecustomer'soriginallimitedwarranty.
InFocusprovidesnowarrantyforanythird-partysoftwarewhetherincludedwiththe
productorinstalledbythecustomer,installationofanyunauthorizedorthirdparty
hardwarepartsorcomponents(e.g.ProjectorLamps}.

AllbrandnewInFocusproductscarryathirty(30}dayDeadonArrival(DOA}
warrantypolicyfortherstconsumerpurchaser.Anewreplacementunitwillbe
providediftheProductisfoundtobenon-operationalwithinthirty(30}daysof
purchaseandfreightshallbecoveredbothwaysbylnFocus.

unauthorizedproductmodification,orfailuretofollowinstructionssuppliedwith

b. RepairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbyInFocus.
c. Damagetoorlossofanyprograms,dataorremovablestoragemedia.
d. Softwareordatalossoccurringduringrepairorreplacement.
e. Anydamageoftheproductduetoshipment.
f. Removalorinstallationoftheproduct.
g. Causesexternaltotheproduct,suchaselectricpoweructuationsorfailure.
h. UseofsuppliesorpartsnotmeetinglnFocusspecications.
i. Normalwearandtear.

n. Installationofanyunauthorizedhardware,accessories,consumablepartsor

o. Damageto,orabuseof,thecoatingonthesurfaceofthedisplaythrough
inappropriatecleaningasdescribedinproductUserGuide.
