If blade set
falls out
•
The eject button has

Blades were not locked

inadvertently
pressed.

Ensure blades are
pushed and clicked
into place.

Ensure blade inlet is
clear of blockage and
insert the blades until
the blades engage
with the unit.
If the knife
stalls during
operation
•
Too much pressure/
force applied.
•
The knife has been in
operation for 1 minute
continuously.
•
Overheat protection
activated.
•
Reduce the force into
the object being cut.
•
Re-start the knife by
pressing the trigger
to begin slicing.
•
Cease using the knife
allowing it to cool
before resuming
operation.
Blade set
not ejecting
from storage
case or the
motor body
•
Blockage in blades
storage case or motor
body.
•
Ensure the blades
storage case or
attachment point is
free of any blockage
and the eject button
is pressed firmly to
remove blades.
Blade set
not cutting
through
the food
•
Wrong knife set, the
food is too hard, blades
not properly fitted.
•
Select appropriate
blade for food being
cut and adjust
downward force and
ensure blades are
correctly fitted and
locked in place. If
food is too hard, do
not use knife to cut.
Knife
operating
on its own.
•
Blockage in the trigger
area and safety lock
button has been
activated.
•
Ensure trigger area is
free of any blockage
and nothing is
pressing on the lock
button.
The knife
is charging
slowly

The USB adaptor is
not suitable for fast
